The 2025 Arizona Physiological Society's 18th Annual Meeting will be held at the University of Arizona, Phoenix, Arizona on October 17-18, 2025.

Registration for the meeting will open soon!
Meeting Registration will be closed on October 3rd.
There are two options for attending the meeting:
Presenter - you're submitting an abstract for poster and/or oral presentation consideration
Attendee only - if you're not submitting an abstract
The fees below incorporate your yearly membership dues along with the costs to cover the meeting (meals provided include dinner on Friday, and breakfast and lunch on Saturday; open bar on Friday night):
Industry (≤ 200 employees): $450
Industry (> 200 employees): $950
Faculty: $120
Postdoc/Research Associate/Research Staff: $60
Graduate/Medical Students: $50
Undergraduate Students: $20
High School: $10

Abstract Information
All abstracts will be considered as submissions for a poster. The Program Committee will subsequently select abstracts for oral presentations.

Oral & Poster Presentation & Award Selections
Authors chosen for an oral presentation will receive email notification in October.
Prize funds have been designated for awards recognizing the best oral presentations and posters. We continue to be impressed by the high caliber of work presented each year and look forward to the contributions that will be showcased at the upcoming meeting.
Special Travel Awards
NEW THIS YEAR: AZPS will be offering Graduate Student Travel Awards to support attendance at the 2025 Annual Meeting, October 17–18, 2025, in Phoenix, AZ..

Abstract guidelines
Prepare your abstract in Word or a text file. Copy and paste the body of your abstract into the appropriate field in the registration form. Abstracts should not exceed 2,300 characters (excluding spaces).
Please organize your abstract in the following manner:
Do NOT use subtitles (e.g. methods, results, etc)
Statement of the purpose of the study (one sentence if possible)
Statement of the methods and materials used
Summary of the results with sufficient detail to support the conclusions
Full statement of the conclusions reached - it is NOT sufficient to state, "The results will be discussed".
POSTER GUIDELINES
Do NOT include the abstract on your poster
Maximum Dimensions (horizontal orientation): 36” x 48”
Keep text to a minimum - try to illustrate the story of your project
