Physiological Methods - Origins and Cutting-edge Technologies

Our meetings are a chance to enjoy the beautiful locales within our state, talk nerdy, make new friends, practice networking skills, and gain more experience in communicating science.

Abstract submissions are closed.  Please contact a member of the executive committee if you have any questions.  

Prize money has been set aside for awards that will be given to students/trainees for best abstracts/posters.  We are impressed year after year with the quality of our members' work and look forward to seeing what will be presented at the upcoming meeting!

Meeting registration will remain open until October 6 for attendees not presenting an abstract.  Clicking the button below will take you to the registration page.

Poster guidelines

  • The maximum dimensions of the poster should not exceed 44" tall by 44" wide (note: posters can be smaller than this should you choose)
  • Do NOT include the abstract on your poster
  • Keep text to a minimum - try to illustrate the story of your project
  • Want some tips/pointers for making a scientific poster?  Dr. Jose Ek-Vitorin has compiled some to share with you.

Housing and Parking 

The Courtyard Marriott is serving as this year's official hotel for the meeting.  The deadline to make a reservation at the special rate has passed.
